If you are an agency or an attorney desiring access to the Clerk Restricted Information System and do not have authorization you must submit a request for access.The request will be reviewed by the Clerk of the Circuit Court's office. You are required to create a new User ID and password which must be different then your old User ID.

Only one person per firm should submit a request called the Primary Contact. All other additional users of that firm get their User IDs from the Primary contact.
