Clerk Case History Restricted Information System

THIS SYSTEM CONTAINS ALL CRIMINAL AND DUI CASES CURRENTLY ON FILE IN THE 18th JUDICIAL CIRCUIT COURT. IT WILL NOT DISPLAY CASE HISTORY OF CASES THAT ARE INACTIVE, EXPUNGED, IMPOUNDED OR ANY CASE TO WHICH A JUVENILE IS THE FIRST NAMED DEFENDANT.

USERS MAY OBTAIN A VALID USER ID AND PASSWORD BY CALLING THE CLERK'S OFFICE AND OBTAINING A CERTIFICATE FROM THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT.

If you are an agency desiring access to the Clerk Restricted Information System and do not have authorization you must submit a request for access. READ INSTRUCTIONS HERE before submitting a request. The request will be reviewed by the Clerk of the Circuit Court's office. Authorization, if granted, is usually available within two business days from the submission of the request.
